Cody Loyd - My Story

As a salesperson, I recognize that it’s not just about making the sale, but about nurturing client relationships. I pride myself on my ability to identify and understand my customers’ needs and tailor my approach accordingly. My passion for motorsport also fuels my drive and determination, as I apply the same focus and strategic planning to my work as I do to my racing.

B2B Sales

As an award-winning B2B salesperson, I have served on training committees, managed teams, and created a $20MM portfolio of business from nothing as VP of Operations.

Branding

As a passion creator, I have created social media accounts from nothing to 20k+ followers, branded race car start-ups, created and sold products to business and direct to customers through shopify, WIX, and multiple online and in-person mediums.

Marketing

Through my career I have helped market to business and direct to customers alike. Fine-tuning my messaging and marketing to create stories for brands through Illustrator, photoshop, and multiple creative mediums.

Scilex Pharma - Territory Manager

  • Grew the Fort Worth Territory 280% in 12 months with over 150 specific business accounts, selling in non-opioid pain products to neurologists, pain physicians and general practitioners.

  • Regional Leader in growth and overall % to goal for Q1, Q2, and Q3 of 2023 in non-opioid pain product.

  • Launched new migraine product, Elyxyb as #1 producer in the region and #8 in the country (out of 86 territory business managers).Elected as regional team leader and trainer for sales data analytics software. 

  • Recruited and hired by former boss and regional sales manager.

Banclease - VP of Operations

  • Oversaw the commercial lending arm, targeting C-level executives with large asset, medical equipment financing needs and small business owners seeking commercial fleet vehicles. 

  • Managed a $20MM portfolio of commercial fleet vehicles. 

  • Business development & operations leader of outside sales team (selling commercial fleet vehicles financing, medical and office equipment) and managed all negotiations and underwriting for large customers. 

Ameritox - Territory Sales

  • Grew Territory 100% in first 3 months with top-performing recognition. 

  • Supported and sold to clinics and hospitals with multiple specialties such as OBGYN, Pain Management, and many others by providing solutions to drug monitoring and genetic testing. 

  • Departed during companywide layoff after national lawsuit. ​

Reagor Dykes - Finance & Leasing Manager

  • Led Leasing and Finance department for four stores across Lubbock and West Texas. 

  • Managed and trained 5 finance managers (remotely and in person) for customer facing aftermarket sales and insurance service sales.

  • Created and marketed a new third party vehicle leasing solution for an established automotive brand including website development, online & local advertisement.

  • Departed the company to relocate from Lubbock to the DFW metroplex.
